"The mission of the Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce is to enhance the welfare of business and to promote and stimulate economic vitality in the Alamance County area for the benefit of its members and the community. "

Alamance County Economic Development Foundation is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit entity established to promote sustained private sector support for local economic development marketing and related activities.

The Foundation complements other economic development support provided by local government and the Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce.  The combined support ensures the Chamber, as the lead economic development services provider for the county, has the resources required for it to tell the Alamance County story regionally, nationally, and globally.
